Root Access Hackerspace Grand Opening

September 27, 2017

A “hackerspace” is a community-operated workspace where people with common interests, often in computers, machining, technology, science, digital or electronic art, can meet, socialize and collaborate on projects.

Team Vidak District Representative Brittney Watson attended the Grand Opening of Root Access Hackerspace in Fresno to recognize Co-Founder Andrew Runner with a Senate Certificate of Recognition.

The new hackerspace will offer classes helping with basic skills such as soldering and coding to more advanced activities such as building robots and cyber security.
